Ted Green was someone we literally met by chance one day when we started looking around at properties. So glad we met! We sort of ran him around at numerous properties over a period of several months which for one reason or another simply didn’t work for us. Then we cut off our search for a while and occasionally would send him a listing we had interest in. He was ALWAYS professional, helpful, and never made us feel like we were wasting his time. Further, he would pick up his phone after “normal” business hours and met us at properties to view on very short notice. Ultimately we found the right home and the process was smooth and painless.
