We have had the pleasure of working with Tim Keagy in our search for our new home in Greenville, SC. We had met Mr. Keagy previously when he had helped our daughter find her home in the same area and were impressed with his knowledge of the area, as well as narrowing down those features that were important. Bob and I had different priorities than our daughter, however, Tim was diligent in finding homes that met our specifications. Over the past year, our needs have changed and, therefore, what we required in a new home changed as well. Tim went through a roller coaster of changes with us…he helped us navigate what we needed versus what we wanted. As well, he considered our finances, at our stage in life, and getting a quality home in a neighborhood near our daughter. Tim was there for us every step of the way to answer our questions, serve as a liaison, and complete the transaction! We so appreciate all his efforts!
